Join us in this short powerful class focused on sculpt burn using four simple moves!
Class begins by showing the four moves individually:

- Hands in an overhead block as you come down.
- From the overhead block, strike out to the side.
- An overhead flower down to a strike.
- Shift and strike.
You will take the workout piece by piece, building the moves consecutively upon each other. The flow is practiced for 10 repetitions on the first side (the right side), and then repeated on the left side.
You will combine all four moves for 10 repetitions on each side. Ellie encourages you to practice it over and over to really feel it in your legs.
