Welcome to the final class of the Black Swan series, "The Rise". After the trials and tribulations of the Black Swan, today we rise. This will be a short class, and we start where the last class left off.

- Starting with the sword behind the back, bringing it in and striking down.
- Performing an outside flower and lifting up to the sky, rising like a warrior.
- Doing an outside flower and reversing the warrior.
- Striking to the other side.
- Bringing the sword to the chest, tucking in the spine, and holding.
- Opening into Goddess pose.
- Swaying from one side to another four times.
- Slicing overhead and rising.
- Finishing with hands to chest.
We will practice the entire sequence together multiple times, holding one breath in each posture. This is the ending of the Black Swan series.
