Day One focuses on refining your basic flower practice—a movement you may remember from Ten Days to Sword Mastery—and introduces just one coordination drill: the Lunging Ninja. This session is all about grounding, repetition, and building confidence in your flow foundations. We’ll move slowly and intentionally, allowing you to reconnect to your sword and body in a calm, empowering way.
You’ll need: your sword, a yoga mat, and a water bottle. Let’s begin.
