You’re nearly there! Today starts with a Flower Medley to awaken your coordination and focus, followed by a short but strong Mini Warrior Flow to activate your lower body and core. Then we move into Part 4 of your full WeaponUP flow, completing the sequence you’ve been steadily building all week. This class brings everything together—power, grace, and presence.

You’ll need: your sword, a yoga mat, and a water bottle. Let’s flow with intention—you’re about to bring it all home.

Im having a little trouble figuring out the leg positions after the initial strike pose. Would it be possible to have this movement as a separate practice? Im loving the program so far!

Ellie i absolutely love the class in day six. I am a slow learner and for me breaking it down in little segments would help. For example. I love when we do roving ninja but i need a break down to get it all. I love how the front arm circles and sword goes over the head but i want to be able to practice the move again and again. The other part is when you go to the floor. I can get on my knee and go from there it’s just another segment i would like to have so i can practice again and again. Also when standing on one leg raising the arms that lovely flow where the arm circles and sword changes position and leg goes back with outside flower. I’d so love to get these down. I have been loving this program and have been repeating the same day for a while. Thank you again so much for these beginning classes. I love your style and the movements we do.

Not sure if this will be helpful, but there is a basic movements/drill series! It's been helpful to me to slow down different movements and learn footwork! (:
