  • Warrior Two – how to ground through the feet, open the hips, and extend the sword with strength and balance
  • Reverse Warrior – a WeaponUP favorite, adding elegance and fluidity to your flow while maintaining power and control
  • Warrior Three – taught in two variations:

    1. Open-Hearted Warrior Three with arms extended outward and chest open
    2. Extended Warrior Three with both hands gripping the sword, reaching forward with full-body engagement
