In this 25-minute session, we focus on carefully chosen movements to relieve tension and create flexibility in the lower back and hips—two areas that can feel particularly tight or sore during pregnancy.
By combining gentle sword-based exercises with yoga-inspired stretches, you’ll encourage release, stability, and a sense of ease in your body. This class is approachable for anyone needing extra care in these areas, offering a soothing flow that can help you start your day feeling more open and supported. Over time, you’ll find yourself moving with more comfort and confidence through each stage of pregnancy or your personal fitness journey.
- What you will need: sword, yoga mat, and water bottle.
Begin this class with a positive attitude and an open mind.

Omg. I am 16 weeks and have not been doing my stretch routine for 4 months. I had some sharp sciatica pain today and tried this - AMAZING. I did not realize how tight I was. I really enjoyed the slow, relaxing pace, but I still feel like I got a little arm workout. I love that this was designed by a fitness instructor who is ACTUALLY PREGNANT and created the routine her body needs. Mine needed it, too! Thank you
