Here are the steps to follow each day:
- Carve Out Time: Set aside 15 to 30 minutes for yourself when you won't be interrupted.
- Set the Scene: Set up a full-length mirror, and make the room feel warm and private (lighting a candle is a pro tip).
- Dress Comfortably: Wear whatever makes you feel most comfortable, most beautiful, or nothing at all.
- Watch the Intention: Start with the day's short video message from Sabina to let the theme sink in.
- Play the Music: Turn on the day's specially designed playlist, which is a huge part of the experience, matching the energy of the day (exploring, grounding, sensual, emotional, playful, or powerful).
- Move: Step in front of the mirror, pick up your sword, soften your gaze, and allow yourself to move. The goal is to witness yourself with honesty and without any judgment.
- Journal: Right after moving, sit down while your body is still warm and write for a few minutes using the day's prompt or letting your thoughts spill out.
- Final Breath: Return to the mirror for one final breath; look at yourself not to fix, but to acknowledge.
The videos are designed to be a journey, with each one building on the last, so you should do them one after the other. We encourage you to follow the videos, the music, what your body tells you, and to meet yourself with love.
