Another great practice - the back bends are really challenging. I have a short torso and limited flexibility, so I had to modify my practice, but I was still breaking a sweat by the end. I'm loving this type of strength and flexibility work, my only hope is that future classes balance the work on the right and the left side - it's something I'm adding in, but I'd love to see it in the instruction. I can't wait for the next session!
