Stretch your limits in the first class of Week 2 with WeaponUP Flex. This session is all about enhancing your flexibility through a series of dynamic stretches and sword movements. Aimed at increasing your range of motion and reducing stiffness, it’s the perfect practice for anyone looking to become more flexible. 

What You Will Need: Equip yourself with a yoga mat, a straight sword (or a makeshift sword), a water bottle, and a calm, centered spirit. Begin at the front of your mat, ready to get into WeaponUP Flex!

Another outstanding class. I struggled at the end with my knees on the ground, but it wasn't something beyond modification. I can tell my upper body strength is improving - and the addition of the flow elements makes this early fun.
