Welcome to a very slow sword morning session with Sabina, designed to extend the upper body and deliberately rise from a grounded position all the way up to standing.

- Mindful Movement: Starting with the sword in your right hand, you'll extend it outwards and take a few deep, stretching breaths.
- Outside Flowers and Overhead Flowers: The practice incorporates "outside flower" and "overhead flower" movements in various positions.
- Twists and Extensions: You will practice outside flowers and extensions from a zigzag leg position, as well as overhead flowers with twists, looking down at your knee.
- All Fours & Core Work: The session moves to all fours, where you'll extend a leg upwards and follow the tip of the sword with your gaze for five deep breaths, working on active flexibility and engagement.
- Hamstring Stretching: The class includes seated forward folds with an outside flower to stretch the hamstring, pointing the toe upward.
- Spinal Twists: You'll incorporate spinal twists while bringing the elbow in.
- Kneeling and High Lunges: The flow progresses to kneeling lunges, incorporating half flowers and strengthening the back leg by lifting into a high lunge.
- Standing Postures: Finish with deep squats, ninja poses, and strong warrior postures, transitioning from grounded work all the way up to a powerful standing flow.

Just did this flow for the first time after being at a desk at work all day. I feel loosened up, relaxed, and strengthened all at the same time. Definitely saving this one to favorites!
