This 23-minute class is a full body activation with the sword. We begin with sun salutations to warm up, move into chest and heart openers, then shift into forward folds and front split practice. The flow continues with twists for mobility and closes with core work for strength and stability. A well-rounded session to energize the whole body.
You Will Need:
- Your sword
- Mat
Before class, set up your mat and place your sword nearby. Take a few breaths to center yourself and prepare for a steady, full-body flow.

This was such a great flow! Completely opened up and elongated my body; I will say I think my favorite part was melting like an ice cube at the end 😅 Saving for later!
