Join Sabina, Ellie, and Yasmine for this short "helicopter" drill that you can repeat as many times as you want on both the right and the left sides until you feel comfortable!

- Starting with both hands together and the sword down, taking two deep breaths.
- Striking on your left side while bringing the knee down fully.
- Performing an overhead flower with the right hand and bringing the left hand down. This strike and flower sequence is repeated three times.
- Lifting the sword up above, then bringing it under and over so the palm is facing up and the tip is inwards, before lifting it up. (This is our helicopter move!)
- Opening up into a "ninja" pose, then lifting up and striking.
Sabina encourages practicing these moves often, noting that you will feel it in your thighs and a little bit in your glutes.
