Class Highlights: • Ladder Format: You will introduce one move at a time, performing it on both sides to switch legs before adding the next movement. • Progressive Flow: The sequence builds up to five distinct moves, maintaining balance throughout the entire progression before reversing the order to finish. • Key Movements: Practice a variety of postures including: • Outside and reverse flowers. • Eagle pose held for deep breaths. • Openhearted Warrior 3 with forward strikes. • Wudang Dancer. • Core Activation: This flow focuses on engaging your core and leg muscles, providing a challenging workout that may cause you to break a sweat through sustained balance. It is recommended that you have some previous practice with double swords before starting this session.
