This session is designed to test your mastery of double sword skills through a high-energy, repetitive series of movements. Class Highlights: • Symmetric Training: You will perform the entire sequence on the right side ten times before switching to the left side for another ten repetitions. • Progressive Speed: The session begins slowly to ensure proper form and technique before increasing the pace as you become more comfortable with the flow. • Key Movements: Practice a variety of dynamic postures including: • Slices and strikes in multiple directions. • Half flowers and overhead flowers. • Outside flowers integrated with lunges. • Transitions into "roving ninja" positions. • Full-Body Engagement: This flow focuses on continuous movement, providing a fast-paced workout that will quickly cause you to break a sweat. It is recommended that you have some previous practice with double swords before starting this session to keep up with the quick transitions.
