Join Ellie for this sculpt class, which features high-energy and powerful, fast-paced strength drills. You will be using your sword and holding in both hands.

The class includes the following moves:
- A side lunge with the sword overhead, sinking down and shifting forward, and bringing the sword across to the other side, performed for nine repetitions on each side.
- An arc and circle of the sword overhead, striking out to the side, then overhead out to the other side, and finally striking down in the middle, performed for 10 repetitions on each side.
- The same overhead drill as above, but without striking down in the middle (taking out the floor touch), performed 10 times on each side.
- A "ninja" move, where you come into a ninja pose and then strike the sword forward on the other side. This is done 10 times with both moves combined on each side.
- A combination move starting with a half flower, coming down into an outside flower, lifting up and striking the sword, and bringing the sword up overhead and back down. This is performed 10 times on each side.
The class finishes with a quick, fiery drill of the overhead movement, done 15 times in each stance on each side.

Wow, as a beginner (and someone who hasn't worked out in a very long time) , this video brought me SO much hope. I may not be super flexible yet but I was able to complete it!
