Join Sabina for a slow Sculpt Flow designed to build stamina, tone, and sculpt your body through slow and controlled movements.
This session features a full flow sequence repeated four times on both the right and left sides.

- Round 1 (Slow & Controlled): Focus on deep holds for five deep breaths in key warrior and lunge positions. The flow starts on the right side and is then repeated on the left.
- Round 2 (Faster Pace): The tempo picks up, with holds for three deep breaths.
- Round 3 (Quick Flow): You'll move even faster, holding each position for only one breath.
- Round 4 (Final Push): The final two flows are done at a quicker pace to finish strong.
You'll start with a warm-up, including deep-breath inhales and forward folds, before moving into the full WeaponUp flow, which includes:
- Striking Warrior
- Outside Flower
- Half Flower Ninja
- Roving
- Chin to Shin
