Welcome to "The Awakening Flow," a short mini drill format of the flow taught at "The Awakening" event. The flow is described as an "infinity flow" that can be practiced many times, from side to side, either slowly or fast.
Please note this is a choreographed flow that is more intermediate/advanced in nature as we delve right into it without explainers of each move. However, you can always slow it down and practice each move on its own until you memorize it and then dance away on your mat!
It begins with the sword in the right hand and includes:

It begins with the sword in the right hand and includes:
- Pointing the right foot and making a turn.
- Lifting up and holding for three deep breaths.
- Striking forward.
- An overhead flower, bringing the chest down, and holding for three deep breaths.
- A "little half flower behind our back and strike down".
- Three half flower ninjas, followed by a point and strike.
- Bringing it down to a roving ninja, repeated three times.
- Opening up the chest into a warrior pose.
- An outside flower, bringing it to chair pose, and releasing.
The flow is then repeated on the left side. Memorize it and have fun!
