Today's lesson covers:
- Two Circles Movement: Combining the sword hand and the free hand to move in unison, making two circles. The free hand goes up and out to the side, while the sword goes in the opposite direction, underneath, up, and then back down.
- Infinity Symbol Movement: Moving both hands together in unison to create an infinity symbol.
- Integrating with the Half Flower: Integrating upper body movement with the half flower to make it look more fluid. This involves bringing the free hand over and lifting it up as the other hand comes down and out.
- Torso Integration: Twisting your torso from side to side during the half flower movement to add grace.
- Specific Upper Body Stance: A specific upper body stance where, in flows like a strike on a Warrior One, the empty hand is lifted just above the head, about a fist away, with the back straight, and the sword hand is brought in front.
- Repetition: The video includes practicing each movement 10 times on both the right and left sides.
